Plan Management

Navigating the NDIS can be challenging, but with the right plan management, it can be a rewarding experience. The good news? Manage Your Plan, with Rufus the dog as our friendly mascot, is here to help you plan ahead and make the most of your NDIS journey.

This is how we work with you

At Managing Your Plan, we'll take care of the money side of your NDIS plan. We aim to help you reach your short-medium and long-term plan goals. We'll do this by paying your providers on time and checking your funds. This way, you'll have more time for yourself. We'll also keep you updated and handle your financial reports.

You won't have to pay anything for our services. When you choose us as your plan manager, you can pick both registered and non-registered NDIS providers. Here's what we'll do from the moment we get a bill from your provider until it's paid:

Contact us for support
  • 01 / Submit an invoice

You or your provider sends an invoice to ManagingYour Plan (MYP). This is the first step in getting your services paid for.

  • 02 / Approve & Invoice Forwarding

If your provider sends the invoice directly to us and you're not copied, we'll make sure to forward it to you. This way, you'll always know what services you're being billed for.

  • 03 / Payment Request to NDIS

Once we have the invoice, we'll submit a payment request to the NDIS on your behalf. This is how we make sure the NDIS knows to pay for your services.

  • 04 / NDIS Payment Processing

If the payment request is approved, the NDIS will send the money to us so we can pay your providers. This means you don't have to worry about handling the money yourself.

  • 05 / Provider Payment

After we receive the funds from the NDIS, we'll make sure to pay all your providers promptly. This helps keep your services running smoothly and your providers happy.

  • 06 / Payment Notification

Once the payment has been made, we'll send your providers a remittance email to let them know. This serves as a confirmation that they've been paid and helps keep everyone on the same page.
